HUAWEI WATCH D3 combines an inflatable wrist cuff with smartwatch tools for adult blood pressure monitoring, everyday activity, and connected calls. This Standard mainland-China offer at IVORION includes three finish and strap combinations, each with M and L airbag assemblies for supported wrists. Its 1.92-inch AMOLED display keeps measurements and watch controls together on the wrist; phone compatibility and health-feature limitations are detailed below.

Wrist-cuff blood pressure monitoring

The strap’s inflatable airbag enables a single reading or repeated measurements across a 24-hour period, including automatic inflation during sleep. Correct fit, a dry watch, and the instructed posture matter when taking measurements. The intended use is adult blood pressure and pulse measurement at rest for healthcare-professional reference, rather than self-diagnosis or changing medication.

ECG, optical heart rate, and other onboard sensors extend everyday health tracking beyond the cuff. Nonmedical assessments and suggestions remain reference information. The mainland-China medical-device registration applies to its stated scope in China and does not establish approval elsewhere; read the manual and the safety conditions before use.

A clear screen and a fitted airbag

The 480 × 408 AMOLED screen sits in an aluminum-alloy case, with a rotating crown and a separate function/ECG button for navigation. The watch body weighs approximately 40 g without its strap. Both M and L strap/airbag assemblies are included, covering wrists from 130 to 210 mm without a separate size purchase.

Connected calls and daily activity

Pair with a compatible HarmonyOS, Android, or iOS phone through Huawei Health to use supported connected features. Bluetooth calling uses the phone connection; this watch has no eSIM or WLAN. Available functions differ by phone, and more than 100 exercise modes include golf and skiing, with the four specified skiing modes awaiting an OTA update.

Battery life depends on measurement settings

Huawei reports up to six days under its normal-use test profile, compared with up to one day when ambulatory blood pressure measurements run every 15 minutes. The supplied wireless charging dock supports recharging between sessions. These are laboratory results tied to the stated settings, rather than a fixed duration for every pattern of use.

IVORION lists only the Standard mainland-China version here. The watch runs HarmonyOS 7.0, while the phone-system versions below describe pairing requirements; regional apps, research programs, and bundled services are subject to their own availability, eligibility, account, and software requirements.

IP68 protection does not make this blood pressure watch suitable for swimming or showering. Its air inlet must remain clean and dry, especially before cuff inflation. Avoid immersion, hot or humid water activities, and pressurized water, and follow the detailed use and care restrictions below.

Blood pressure use and safety

• Fit and measurement posture: Use a correctly fitted M or L airbag assembly within the supported wrist range. Accuracy outside 130–210 mm has not been fully validated. For a single reading, sit calmly with the body relaxed, feet flat and uncrossed, elbow supported, watch at heart level, and wrist and palm naturally extended; stay quiet and do not compress the airbag. Daytime scheduled readings also require the instructed posture; automatic inflation during sleep does not require holding that posture.
• Clinical-use limits: Read the instructions and purchase/use under healthcare guidance. The device has not been validated for newborns or pregnant users. Do not diagnose yourself, treat a condition, or change medication using its readings; consult a doctor and follow prescribed treatment.
• Arm and circulation precautions: Do not wear on an arm with an infusion, transfusion, other catheter, injury, or ongoing medical treatment. Ask a doctor before use after mastectomy or lymph-node removal, or on an arm with vascular intervention or an arteriovenous shunt. Watch for restricted circulation during measurement; excessive measurement can cause bruising. Remove the band if it does not deflate. Periodically remove the device to rest the wrist.
• Conditions affecting readings: Consult a doctor before use with arrhythmia, arterial hardening, poor perfusion, diabetes, preeclampsia, or kidney disease. Movement, shaking, or tremor can affect accuracy. Dense wrist hair, tattoos, and scars can impair blood pressure, heart rate, or blood oxygen readings; wear on a wrist area without tattoos or scars.
• Skin and material precautions: Do not use if allergic to nylon, fluororubber, or TPU. Keep the device clean; stop wearing and consult a doctor if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs.
• Interference precautions: Do not use concurrently with other medical electrical equipment; the watch can temporarily disrupt medical equipment on the same arm. Keep away from portable/mobile RF equipment and areas containing high-frequency surgical equipment, MRI scanners, or CT scanners. Do not use in oxygen-rich environments or near flammable gases.
