These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the IVORION website, online store, products, services, features, content, and related transactions.
IVORION is a trading name, with its business address at Unit B, 11/F, Wah Kit Commercial Centre, 302 Des Voeux Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
Throughout these Terms of Service, “IVORION,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to IVORION. “You,” “your,” and “customer” refer to any visitor, account holder, purchaser, recipient, or other person using the website or purchasing from IVORION.
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms of Service apply to:
- Your access to and use of the IVORION website;
- Your creation or use of an IVORION customer account;
- Your submission of an order;
- Your purchase, use, return, or exchange of an item;
- Your submission of a refund or warranty claim;
- Your communications with IVORION; and
- Your use of any related feature, content, service, or functionality provided through the website.
Any new features, products, services, or tools added to the website will also be subject to these Terms of Service unless IVORION expressly states otherwise.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing an item from IVORION, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not use the website or place an order with IVORION.
Your acceptance also applies to the policies and product-specific terms incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
3. Incorporated Policies
The following IVORION policies form part of these Terms of Service and are incorporated into them by reference:
- The Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy;
- The Shipping Policy; and
- The Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for reviewing these policies before placing an order.
4. Eligibility and Legal Capacity
To use the website or place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
If you use the website or place an order on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms of Service.
IVORION may refuse access, reject an order, or request additional verification if there is reason to believe that a customer does not satisfy these requirements.
5. Customer Accounts and Security
Certain website features may require the creation of a customer account.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current account information;
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- Restricting unauthorized access to your account and devices;
- Reviewing activities conducted through your account; and
- Notifying IVORION promptly of suspected unauthorized access or account misuse.
You are responsible for all orders and activities conducted through your account unless you notify IVORION promptly of unauthorized use.
IVORION may suspend or terminate an account that contains inaccurate information, is used fraudulently, or otherwise violates these Terms of Service.
6. Accuracy of Customer Information
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information when creating an account, submitting an order, making a payment, contacting IVORION, or submitting a return or warranty claim.
This information may include:
- Your legal name;
- Your billing and delivery addresses;
- Your telephone number and email address;
- Your payment and billing information;
- Your order information; and
- Any identity or transaction-verification information reasonably requested by IVORION.
IVORION is not responsible for delays, rejected payments, cancelled orders, failed deliveries, customs issues, or other problems caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information provided by the customer.
7. Products and Product Information
IVORION makes reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, colors, dimensions, included accessories, availability, and other product information accurately.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. The appearance of colors, materials, finishes, packaging, interfaces, and other visual details may vary depending on the customer’s display, the applicable product version, or changes made by the manufacturer.
Manufacturers may revise packaging, included accessories, documentation, software, specifications, or minor product details without changing the primary model name.
The product condition, model, storage capacity, color, regional version, and included contents are determined by the information displayed on the applicable product page and confirmed in the order.
IVORION may correct inaccurate product information and update product pages at any time.
8. Product Availability and Purchase Limits
All products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to a cart, beginning checkout, submitting payment information, or receiving an automated order acknowledgement does not reserve inventory or guarantee that the item will be supplied.
IVORION may:
- Limit the quantity of an item available to a customer, household, address, account, or payment method;
- Limit purchases reasonably believed to be intended for unauthorized resale;
- Discontinue a product without prior notice;
- Change available product variants or quantities;
- Cancel duplicate or excessive orders; or
- Cancel an order if the item becomes unavailable.
If IVORION cancels an order because the item cannot be supplied, IVORION will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.
9. Product Compatibility and Regional Variations
IVORION sells consumer electronics that may be produced for different countries, territories, carriers, networks, or regional markets.
Before placing an order, the customer is responsible for confirming that the selected product is suitable for its intended destination and use.
Compatibility considerations may include:
- Cellular frequency bands and network technologies;
- SIM card and eSIM support;
- Carrier activation requirements;
- 5G, VoLTE, Wi-Fi Calling, messaging, and other carrier-dependent features;
- Operating-system languages and regional settings;
- Application availability and regional application stores;
- Manufacturer accounts and geographically restricted services;
- Electrical voltage, charging standards, and plug types;
- Included chargers, cables, adapters, and accessories;
- Local regulatory, certification, or import requirements; and
- The geographic availability of manufacturer support or warranty service.
Unless compatibility is expressly confirmed on the product page, IVORION does not guarantee that every network, carrier, application, language, feature, service, or accessory will operate in every country or territory.
Compatibility concerns caused by the customer’s carrier, network, region, application, account, or local infrastructure are not considered manufacturing defects.
10. Software, Updates, and Digital Services
Electronic products may contain or depend on software, firmware, applications, cloud platforms, artificial-intelligence features, manufacturer accounts, network services, or other digital services provided by third parties.
These third-party services may be governed by separate licenses, privacy policies, subscription terms, geographic restrictions, or user agreements.
IVORION does not control and is not responsible for:
- Software or firmware updates issued by a manufacturer;
- The continued availability of an application or online service;
- Changes to features following an update;
- Regional restrictions imposed by a manufacturer or service provider;
- Third-party subscriptions or account charges;
- Network or carrier service availability; or
- A manufacturer’s decision to discontinue support for a device or feature.
Purchasing a product from IVORION does not guarantee permanent access to any third-party software, feature, application, or online service.
11. Prices and Currency
Product prices are those displayed on the website at the time the order is submitted, subject to order acceptance and correction of errors.
IVORION may change product prices, shipping charges, promotions, or other amounts at any time. A later price change does not create an entitlement to a refund, credit, or price adjustment for an order that has already been accepted.
The currency applicable to an order will be displayed at checkout.
If a payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution converts the transaction into another currency, the customer is responsible for all exchange rates, foreign-transaction fees, conversion charges, and other related costs.
12. Pricing and Information Errors
Despite reasonable efforts, the website may occasionally contain a pricing, description, specification, availability, shipping, promotion, or other information error.
IVORION reserves the right to correct errors and update information at any time.
If an order contains an obvious or material error, IVORION may:
- Contact the customer and offer the opportunity to proceed using the corrected information;
- Reject or cancel the affected order; or
- Refund any amount already collected for the affected order.
IVORION is not required to fulfill an order at an incorrect price resulting from a typographical, technical, system, supplier, or data-entry error.
13. Order Submission and Acceptance
Product listings and information displayed on the website constitute an invitation for customers to submit orders and do not constitute a binding offer by IVORION to supply a product.
By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms of Service.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms only that IVORION received the order. It does not confirm that the order has been accepted.
IVORION accepts an order when it confirms acceptance, begins fulfillment, or transfers the order to the shipping carrier, whichever occurs first.
IVORION may reject or cancel an order before acceptance.
14. Order Verification and Right of Refusal
IVORION may review and verify an order before accepting or shipping it.
IVORION may request additional information or documentation to verify:
- The customer’s identity;
- The billing or delivery address;
- The payment method;
- The cardholder or account holder;
- The source or authorization of payment;
- The intended recipient;
- The legitimacy of the transaction; or
- Compliance with legal, regulatory, sanctions, export-control, fraud-prevention, or carrier requirements.
IVORION may reject, delay, or cancel an order when:
- Payment cannot be authorized or verified;
- The requested verification is not completed;
- The order appears fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, or unusually risky;
- The item is unavailable;
- The order violates a purchase limitation;
- The delivery destination is unsupported or restricted;
- The order contains an error;
- The customer has previously violated an IVORION policy; or
- Processing the order could violate an applicable legal, regulatory, carrier, or payment-provider requirement.
If a paid order is cancelled, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
15. Payment
The customer must provide a valid payment method and authorize payment of the complete order total.
The order total may include:
- The product price;
- Shipping charges;
- Discounts or credits;
- Taxes collected directly by IVORION, where applicable; and
- Any other charge clearly displayed at checkout.
Payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider. The customer’s use of that payment method may also be governed by the provider’s terms and privacy practices.
IVORION may place a payment authorization before final acceptance of an order. A temporary authorization or pending transaction is not necessarily a completed charge.
IVORION is not responsible for charges imposed directly by the customer’s bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution.
Customers must not submit false, fraudulent, or abusive payment disputes or chargebacks.
16. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, coupons, discount codes, credits, and special offers are subject to their stated terms, eligibility requirements, availability, and expiration dates.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Promotions cannot be combined;
- Discount codes apply only to eligible items;
- Discounts do not apply to shipping, customs charges, or previously placed orders;
- Promotions have no cash value;
- Unused promotional value is not refundable; and
- Promotions may be modified or withdrawn before an order is accepted.
IVORION may cancel a promotion or order involving suspected misuse, manipulation, duplication, automated use, resale, or fraud.
17. Shipping Methods and Charges
Shipping availability, methods, carriers, and charges depend on the item, destination, package characteristics, carrier availability, security requirements, and operational considerations.
The available shipping options and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
IVORION may select or change the carrier or shipping service when reasonably necessary to fulfill the order, improve delivery security, or address operational or carrier requirements.
Additional shipping terms are provided in the Shipping Policy.
18. Order Shipping Timeframe
The estimated timeframe required for IVORION to prepare and ship an item is displayed on the applicable product page, between the product title and the “Add to cart” button.
This timeframe represents the period between successful order placement and the transfer of the item to the shipping carrier.
The order shipping timeframe may include:
- Payment processing;
- Order verification;
- Inventory allocation;
- Item preparation;
- Packaging; and
- Transfer to the shipping carrier.
If an order contains multiple items with different shipping timeframes, IVORION may ship the items together when all items are ready or ship them separately.
19. Delivery Transit Time
The order shipping timeframe and the delivery transit time are separate periods.
The order shipping timeframe is the time required for IVORION to prepare and transfer the order to the carrier.
The delivery transit time begins after the carrier accepts the shipment and represents the estimated time required for transportation to the delivery destination or designated pickup location.
A delivery transit estimate does not include the order shipping timeframe unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by IVORION.
20. Tracking and Delivery Monitoring
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped.
Tracking may require additional time to activate after the carrier receives or scans the package.
The customer is responsible for monitoring:
- Tracking updates;
- Delivery attempts;
- Customs-clearance notices;
- Payment requests for import charges;
- Pickup instructions;
- Carrier communications; and
- Applicable collection deadlines.
Carrier tracking information is created and controlled by the carrier. IVORION does not control the timing, frequency, completeness, or accuracy of carrier-generated tracking updates.
21. Signature-Required Delivery
All IVORION orders are shipped with a signature required upon delivery or collection.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that they or another authorized person is available to receive and sign for the package.
The carrier may require valid identification or other verification before releasing the order.
Customers may not waive the signature requirement or instruct the carrier to leave the package unattended.
IVORION is not responsible if the carrier independently permits or follows an instruction to leave the package without obtaining the required signature.
22. Secure Post Office or Pickup-Location Delivery
For additional security, IVORION reserves the right to ship or redirect an order to:
- The customer’s local post office;
- A carrier facility;
- An authorized carrier pickup point; or
- Another secure collection location.
This measure may be used because of the order value, delivery destination, carrier procedure, fraud-prevention requirement, failed delivery attempt, or another security consideration.
The customer is responsible for monitoring the tracking information, following collection instructions, providing any required identification, and collecting the order within the carrier’s permitted holding period.
Delivery to a secure pickup location does not constitute an unauthorized change of address and does not entitle the customer to cancel the order or receive a refund of the shipping charge.
23. Delivery Address and Prohibition on Address Changes
The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address before submitting the order.
The customer must verify:
- The recipient’s complete name;
- The street address;
- The apartment, suite, or unit number;
- The city, state, province, or region;
- The postal or ZIP code;
- The country or territory;
- The telephone number; and
- Any other information required for successful delivery.
The delivery address cannot be changed after an order has been placed.
IVORION will not change, replace, redirect, or otherwise modify the delivery address after order placement, even if the order has not yet been shipped.
Customers must not ask the carrier to redirect the shipment to a different residential, commercial, or third-party address.
If the order has not yet been shipped, the customer may request cancellation and place a new order using the correct address. Cancellation is not guaranteed until confirmed by IVORION.
24. Carrier Delays
After an order has been transferred to the carrier, its transportation and delivery are controlled by the carrier.
IVORION is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances affecting the carrier’s operations.
Delays may result from:
- Weather conditions or natural disasters;
- Customs inspections or clearance procedures;
- Government actions or regulatory requirements;
- Transportation disruptions;
- Carrier processing or routing errors;
- Labor disputes, strikes, or staffing shortages;
- Seasonal demand or unusually high shipping volumes;
- Security inspections;
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
- Failed delivery attempts;
- Remote or restricted delivery locations; or
- Other circumstances outside IVORION’s reasonable control.
A carrier delay does not entitle the customer to a refund, replacement, cancellation, reimbursement of the shipping charge, or other compensation from IVORION.
25. Carrier Loss, Theft, Damage, and Misdelivery
IVORION is not responsible for theft, loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery caused by the carrier or occurring while the shipment is under the carrier’s possession or control.
This includes packages that are:
- Lost while in transit;
- Stolen during or after delivery;
- Damaged while being transported or handled by the carrier;
- Delivered to an incorrect person, address, or location by the carrier;
- Incorrectly recorded as delivered;
- Left unattended contrary to the signature requirement;
- Misplaced or incorrectly routed; or
- Otherwise mishandled while under the carrier’s control.
The customer must promptly notify IVORION and the carrier of a suspected carrier incident.
The customer must preserve the item, packaging, shipping labels, documentation, photographs, videos, and other evidence required for an investigation or claim.
IVORION may assist with a carrier inquiry or claim at its discretion. Assistance does not constitute acceptance of liability or guarantee that the carrier will approve compensation.
26. Customs Duties, Tariffs, Taxes, and Import Charges
The customer is solely responsible for paying all import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, clearance charges, and other government- or carrier-imposed charges associated with the order.
These charges are not calculated, collected, or included in the order total paid to IVORION.
Import charges are determined by customs authorities, government agencies, carriers, or customs brokers in the destination country or territory.
IVORION does not control these charges and cannot guarantee their amount.
The customer is responsible for:
- Determining applicable import requirements before purchasing;
- Providing information or documentation requested for customs clearance;
- Paying all applicable charges within the required period; and
- Complying with the destination’s import and product regulations.
IVORION will not falsify customs documentation, reduce the declared value, incorrectly describe an item, or mark a commercial order as a gift.
27. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Orders
An order may be considered refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable if:
- The customer refuses delivery;
- No authorized person provides the required signature;
- The customer fails to collect the order from a pickup location;
- The provided address is inaccurate, incomplete, or undeliverable;
- The customer fails to respond to the carrier or customs authority;
- The customer fails or refuses to pay import or carrier charges;
- The carrier cannot access the delivery location; or
- The order is returned for another reason not caused by IVORION.
The customer remains responsible for all original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs charges, brokerage fees, handling fees, storage fees, carrier charges, and other expenses arising from the shipment.
If the order is returned to IVORION, any refund will be considered only after the order has been received and inspected.
If the order is abandoned, destroyed, disposed of, or retained by a carrier or customs authority because the customer did not complete the required delivery or customs process, IVORION will not be required to provide a refund or replacement.
28. Reshipment
IVORION is not required to reship an order returned because of:
- An inaccurate or incomplete address;
- A failed delivery attempt;
- Failure to provide a signature;
- Failure to collect the package;
- Unpaid import charges; or
- Another reason attributable to the customer.
If IVORION agrees to reship the order, the customer must first pay all new shipping charges and any outstanding return, customs, brokerage, storage, handling, or carrier charges.
Reshipment remains subject to item availability, carrier availability, delivery restrictions, and IVORION’s approval.
29. Delivery Confirmation
An order will be considered delivered when the carrier records that it has been:
- Delivered and signed for at the delivery address;
- Collected and signed for at a post office, carrier facility, or authorized pickup location; or
- Otherwise delivered or released in accordance with the carrier’s documented procedures.
Carrier tracking history, delivery scans, signatures, pickup records, photographs, location records, or other proof of delivery may be used to determine the shipment’s delivery status.
30. Order Cancellations
If an order has not yet been shipped, the customer may request cancellation and receive a full refund of the total amount paid, including the original shipping charge.
An order is considered shipped once it has been handed over to or accepted by the carrier, even if tracking information has not yet been updated.
Because orders may be processed quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed until IVORION confirms that the order was successfully cancelled.
If the order has already been shipped but has not yet been delivered, the customer must:
- Contact IVORION promptly; and
- Refuse or decline the package when delivery is attempted so that it is returned to IVORION.
After the refused package is returned and inspected, IVORION will refund the item’s purchase price and any refundable taxes collected by IVORION. The original shipping charge will not be refunded.
If the customer accepts delivery, the order will be treated as a standard return.
31. Return Window
IVORION provides a 10-calendar-day return window beginning on the date the carrier records the order as delivered.
To qualify for a return, the customer must:
- Contact IVORION;
- Submit the return request within the 10-day return window;
- Receive return authorization; and
- Ship the item within the same 10-day period.
Return requests submitted or items shipped after the return window has expired will not be accepted.
Return authorization does not guarantee approval of a refund. All returned items are subject to inspection.
32. Return Eligibility and Item Condition
To qualify for a return, the item must be the same item originally supplied by IVORION and must include:
- The matching serial number, IMEI, or other product identifier;
- All original accessories, components, manuals, and documentation;
- All original retail packaging, inserts, labels, and promotional items;
- No unauthorized modifications, repairs, or physical alterations;
- No customer accounts, passwords, activation locks, or management profiles; and
- No personal information or customer data remaining on the item.
Items that are damaged, incomplete, modified, locked, missing original packaging, associated with a different product identifier, or otherwise returned in an unacceptable condition may receive an increased restocking fee or be refused entirely.
33. Unopened and Opened Returns
An item that is unopened, unused, and returned in its complete original condition, with all manufacturer seals and retail packaging intact, will receive a full refund of the item’s purchase price and any refundable taxes collected by IVORION.
The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
An item is considered opened when its original retail packaging, manufacturer seal, security seal, protective wrapping, or internal packaging has been opened, removed, damaged, or broken.
This applies even if the item was never used, activated, configured, or powered on.
All opened items are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25% of the item’s purchase price.
The final restocking fee may be higher depending on:
- The physical and cosmetic condition of the item;
- Signs of use, handling, setup, installation, or activation;
- Damage to the item or packaging;
- Missing accessories, manuals, documentation, or components;
- Removed protective films, labels, or seals;
- Registration or association with an account;
- Whether the item can be resold as new, open-box, or used; and
- The reduction in the item’s resale value.
34. Return Shipping
Unless the return is caused by an error for which IVORION is responsible, the customer is solely responsible for:
- Organizing the return shipment;
- Paying all return shipping charges;
- Paying insurance, customs, brokerage, and handling charges;
- Packaging the item securely; and
- Ensuring delivery to the authorized return address.
The customer remains responsible for the returned item until it is successfully delivered to and received by IVORION.
IVORION is not responsible for a returned item that is lost, stolen, delayed, damaged in transit, improperly packaged, delivered to an incorrect address, or returned without authorization.
Parcels sent cash on delivery, with unpaid shipping charges, or with charges payable by IVORION may be refused.
35. Returns Caused by an IVORION Error
A return may be considered the responsibility of IVORION when the customer receives:
- An item different from the item ordered; or
- An item with missing components due to a fulfillment error.
The customer must contact IVORION and provide any requested photographs, videos, serial numbers, packaging images, or other supporting information before returning the item.
If IVORION confirms that the return was caused by its error:
- IVORION will provide return instructions;
- IVORION will arrange, pay for, or reimburse the approved reasonable return shipping cost; and
- No restocking fee will apply.
Customers must not independently arrange return shipping at IVORION’s expense without prior written authorization.
36. Return Inspection and Refund Calculation
Returned items will be inspected after delivery to IVORION.
The inspection may verify:
- The item’s identity and serial number;
- The physical and cosmetic condition;
- Whether the item or packaging was opened;
- Whether the item was used, activated, or modified;
- Whether all original components and packaging are included; and
- Whether the item complies with the applicable return requirements.
The refundable amount may be reduced by:
- The applicable restocking fee;
- The value of missing accessories, components, or packaging;
- Damage or deterioration;
- Outstanding return shipping or carrier charges;
- Customs, brokerage, handling, storage, or recovery charges; and
- Other amounts owed to IVORION in connection with the return.
If a returned item does not qualify for a refund, IVORION may refuse the return. The customer may be required to pay for the item to be shipped back to them.
37. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
IVORION cannot redirect a refund to a different payment method, bank account, card, or person.
After IVORION issues a refund, the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in the customer’s account.
38. Standard 30-Day Warranty
Eligible items include a 30-calendar-day limited IVORION warranty against confirmed manufacturing defects.
The warranty period begins on the date the carrier records the order as delivered.
The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects and does not cover problems caused by the customer, improper use, accidental damage, external conditions, or another excluded cause.
If IVORION confirms an eligible manufacturing defect during the 30-day warranty period, the customer may return the defective item for an exchange for a new replacement.
The standard warranty provides a replacement remedy only. Warranty claims are not eligible for a refund.
The defective item must be returned and inspected before a replacement is issued unless IVORION provides different written instructions.
39. Extended 180-Day Warranty
A customer who purchases IVORION’s extended six-month warranty receives the same manufacturing-defect coverage and replacement remedy for a total period of 180 calendar days.
The 180-day warranty period begins on the date the carrier records the order as delivered.
If IVORION confirms an eligible manufacturing defect during the applicable 180-day period, the customer may return the defective item for an exchange for a new replacement.
The extended warranty provides a replacement remedy only and does not provide a refund.
40. Warranty Exclusions
IVORION warranties do not cover problems, damage, or malfunctions caused by:
- Accidents, drops, impacts, crushing, bending, or physical damage;
- Water, liquids, moisture, heat, cold, dust, or environmental exposure;
- Improper use, misuse, negligence, or abuse;
- Failure to follow product instructions;
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, disassembly, or attempted repairs;
- Improper installation, configuration, charging, storage, or maintenance;
- Incompatible accessories, chargers, software, carriers, networks, or services;
- Power surges or unsuitable electrical equipment;
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, discoloration, or ordinary deterioration;
- Ordinary battery-capacity degradation or consumable-part wear;
- Software, application, carrier, regional, network, compatibility, or account issues;
- Passwords, activation locks, account locks, or security restrictions;
- Loss or theft;
- Return-shipping damage caused by packaging or shipping arranged by the customer; or
- Another issue caused by the customer or circumstances outside IVORION’s control.
Items with altered, removed, damaged, or mismatched serial numbers, IMEI numbers, security labels, or product identifiers are not eligible for warranty coverage.
41. Warranty Claims and Inspections
A warranty claim must be submitted through the IVORION contact page within the applicable warranty period.
The customer may be required to provide:
- The customer’s name and order number;
- The serial number, IMEI, or product identifier;
- A detailed description of the alleged defect;
- The date the issue first occurred;
- Photographs or videos;
- Diagnostic results; and
- Other evidence reasonably requested by IVORION.
IVORION may require reasonable troubleshooting or diagnostic steps before authorizing a warranty return.
Receiving return authorization does not confirm that the warranty claim has been approved.
If an eligible manufacturing defect is confirmed, IVORION will approve the replacement and arrange, pay for, or reimburse the approved reasonable return shipping cost.
If no manufacturing defect is found or the problem results from an excluded cause, the warranty claim will be denied. The customer may be responsible for inspection, diagnostic, handling, and shipping costs.
42. Manufacturer Warranty
After the applicable IVORION warranty period expires, IVORION provides no additional warranty coverage unless an extended IVORION warranty remains active.
The customer may contact the product manufacturer to determine whether a separate manufacturer warranty is available.
A manufacturer warranty is provided solely by the manufacturer and is separate from the warranty offered by IVORION.
IVORION is not responsible for:
- Administering or arranging a manufacturer warranty claim;
- Communicating with the manufacturer on the customer’s behalf;
- The manufacturer’s eligibility requirements;
- The geographic availability of manufacturer service;
- The manufacturer’s inspection or repair process;
- Shipping or service charges imposed by the manufacturer;
- The manufacturer’s acceptance or rejection of a claim; or
- The repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy offered by the manufacturer.
43. Customer Data Stored on Devices
Before returning an electronic device, the customer is responsible for:
- Backing up all personal information and files;
- Removing personal data;
- Signing out of all accounts;
- Disabling activation and security locks;
- Removing SIM cards and removable storage devices; and
- Restoring the device to factory settings where possible.
IVORION may erase or reset a returned device during inspection, diagnostics, replacement, or processing.
IVORION is not responsible for the loss, disclosure, corruption, recovery, or destruction of data left on a returned device.
44. Shopify and Third-Party Services
The IVORION online store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to display products and process online transactions.
Shopify is not the seller of IVORION products and is not a party to the sales contract between the customer and IVORION.
IVORION may use third parties to provide:
- Website hosting;
- Payment processing;
- Fraud prevention;
- Analytics;
- Customer communications;
- Order fulfillment;
- Shipping and tracking;
- Customs clearance; and
- Other operational services.
The customer’s use of a third-party service may also be governed by that third party’s terms, policies, fees, and procedures.
45. Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to manufacturer websites, carrier websites, payment services, applications, social media platforms, or other third-party resources.
IVORION does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, security, products, services, privacy practices, or terms.
A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or guarantee.
Customers should review the terms and policies of a third-party service before using it or providing personal information.
46. Intellectual Property
The website and its contents, including its design, layout, text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, icons, product presentations, software, code, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to IVORION and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
IVORION grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the website for lawful shopping and informational purposes.
You may not, without prior written authorization:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit website content;
- Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from website content;
- Use IVORION branding, logos, designs, or content in a misleading manner;
- Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;
- Frame or mirror the website;
- Use website content to train, develop, or operate an automated commercial system; or
- Represent that you are affiliated with or authorized by IVORION when you are not.
Product names, manufacturer names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their display does not imply an affiliation or endorsement except where expressly stated.
47. Reviews, Feedback, and Customer Submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, suggestion, question, or other content to IVORION, you represent that:
- You own the content or have permission to submit it;
- The content is accurate and based on a genuine experience where presented as such;
- The content does not infringe another person’s rights;

57. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and transactions with IVORION are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude a right or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

IVORION may transfer or assign its rights and obligations to an affiliate, purchaser, successor, or other entity in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing arrangement, or transfer of the business.
62. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, the incorporated policies, the applicable product page, the checkout information, and the accepted order confirmation constitute the entire agreement between the customer and IVORION concerning the relevant website use or transaction.
They replace prior or contemporaneous discussions, communications, proposals, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject.
No employee, supplier, carrier, service provider, or other third party may alter these Terms unless the change is confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of IVORION.
63. Order of Precedence
If there is an inconsistency between applicable IVORION documents:
- A written product-specific term expressly accepted for the particular order will control for that product;
- The specific Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy or Shipping Policy will control over these general Terms for matters within that policy; and
- These Terms of Service will apply in all other circumstances.
