1. Join and earn
Open the Rewards button at the bottom-right of the website, then sign in or create an IVORION account.
Earn 2 points for every US$1 spent on products. Points are calculated from the amount paid after discounts, excluding tax and shipping, and added after your order ships.
Example: a US$500 product purchase earns 1,000 points, worth US$10 towards a future purchase.
Product-page amounts are estimates per item. Final points are calculated from the eligible order total and rounded to the nearest whole point.
2. Save and spend
Your points accumulate across purchases and do not expire. Keep saving or choose how many points to use.
- Open Rewards → Redeem points → Use your IVORION Points.
- Choose an amount and redeem your points for a discount code.
- Apply that code at checkout on your next order.
100 points = US$1 off. There is no minimum order value for points rewards. Reward codes cannot be combined with other product, order or shipping discounts. Rewards are discounts for future purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Refer a friend
Give a new customer US$10 off an order of US$300 or more. Your friend must register through your personal referral link.
After their first order ships, you receive your own US$10 reward for an order of US$300 or more. These referral coupons are separate from your points balance and cannot be combined with other discounts. Self-referrals are not eligible.
Returns and refunds
Points earned and redeemed are adjusted when an order is refunded. Our Refund Policy applies to product returns.
